Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@beneaththecrown.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
