Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package ships.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates


Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.


U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.


Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This allows us to ship your items as quickly as possible. Each package will have its own tracking number, which you’ll receive via email.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date information.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Beneath the Crown is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 1 hour at support@beneaththecrown.com so we can attempt to update it before processing begins.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its status. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
